About
I’m a licensed therapist and native New Yorker, currently living and working in Park Slope, Brooklyn. After earning my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Brooklyn College, I began my career in community mental health before honing my focus on trauma, persistent anxiety, and specialized therapy treatments. My approach is holistic and client-centered, grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, and deeply rooted in my commitment to social justice.

I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and people navigating life transitions. My training includes multiple evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and somatic therapies like Brainspotting, which I use to support clients in processing anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer supervision at a discounted rate for licensed and pre-licensed mental health counselors in New York, and I really enjoy guiding other clinicians in their professional growth.

When I’m not working, I’m often out exploring New York City, volunteering with a local animal shelter, or hiking in the Hudson Valley. I believe in living with intention and balance, and I bring that philosophy into my work with clients.
