Immigration Evaluations

Supporting Your USCIS Application With Expertise and Compassion

Navigating the immigration process can be overwhelming, especially when dealing with the complexities of trauma, personal history, and legal requirements. I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to assist with various immigration cases, including Asylum, Extreme Hardship/Cancellation of Removal, VAWA (Domestic Violence), T-Visa, and U-Visa applications.

Psychological evaluations play a critical role in supporting various types of immigration applications. These assessments provide valuable insight into how past trauma, mental health struggles, and personal circumstances impact an individual’s ability to navigate life and legal processes.

What You Can Expect:

1. Complimentary Consultation
We begin with a free consultation to discuss your case, your unique needs, and how my evaluation can help. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for me to gather an initial understanding of your situation.

2. Two 1-Hour Interviews
Once we move forward, we’ll schedule two interviews, each lasting about one hour, conducted over Zoom. During these sessions, I’ll ask a series of questions designed to gather detailed information about your personal history, including any trauma, emotional challenges, or experiences that may support your case. The purpose of these interviews is to help me create a comprehensive and accurate psychological assessment.

3. Detailed Report
After completing the interviews, I’ll provide you with a detailed evaluation report within approximately two weeks. This report will outline the psychological factors relevant to your immigration case, supported by the information gathered during our sessions. If you need the report sooner, expedited services are available for an additional fee. Just let me know your timeline during the consultation.
